Constructing integrated technical infrastructure for high-capacity electrostatic powder coating lines, chemical surface preparation baths, and continuous automated thermal baking ovens demands premium power grid resilience, heavy-duty fluid dynamics, and rigid hazardous-zone process ventilation networks. Kurihara Vietnam, operating as the premier factory M&E contractor, successfully delivered the full-scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure for the high-tech Vietnam Coating Factory in Vung Tau. Our execution focused on deploying synchronized electrical networks, massive process utility piping, and efficient industrial ventilation frameworks engineered under rigid Japanese quality control and international industrial codes to sustain continuous, multi-shift production schedules.
