Constructing multi-phase technical infrastructure for specialized manufacturing hubs requires high scalability, continuous load stability, and strict resource management layouts. Kurihara Vietnam, acting as the premier factory M&E contractor, successfully delivered the full-scale mechanical and electrical infrastructure for both Phase 1 and Phase 2 of the Takagi Vietnam Factory. Our execution focused on deploying synchronized power grids, heavy industrial utility piping, and smart energy-saving HVAC frameworks built under rigid Japanese technical compliance to sustain high-density manufacturing schedules.
